Sales Planning

The Sales Planning and Distribution department's key roles include the planning of future vehicle sales, the ordering and allocating of vehicles and all vehicle reporting.

The department is responsible for developing long term, medium term and monthly planning requirements that determine the volume and mix of products to be built on behalf of dealers.

When the cars arrive in the EU, Mazda UK (Distribution) takes responsibility and the focus is on rapid delivery. Whilst maintaining these two key operational functions, the department also generates value added vehicle and industry analysis, for both internal and external parties.
