Accident Management
Mazda think it is vitally important that customers who require collision repairs are as satisfied with the quality of workmanship and parts used as those who come into our network for a routine service. That’s why all customers with the already excellent Mazda European Assistance (MEA) breakdown cover will also be entitled to full accident management support, at no extra charge.
Owners of Mazda vehicles involved in a road traffic accident or which require any other collision repairs can ring the MEA freephone number, 0800 777 179, to receive immediate 24-hour assistance with vehicle recovery, onward travel (including immediate provision of alternative transport for at least 48 hours), and the repair of their vehicle at a Mazda Approved Accident Repair Centre (MAARC)*.
This assistance:
- Includes liaison on the customer’s behalf with insurers, MAARCs and dealerships.
- Is free of charge without separate registration for all MEA-covered vehicles.
- Covers all work carried out by the Mazda Approved Accident Repair Centres with a 1 year guarantee.
* Free vehicle recovery and courtesy car only available to customer with a valid Mazda European Assistance cover. Mazda European Assistance cover is available on all Mazda vehicles for the first 3 years from date of vehicles registration.
