All-new Mazda2

Mazda3

Mazda3’s superb design innovation, functionality and ergonomics were among the decisive factors for the 40-strong jury of independent design experts when deciding on recipients of a 2014 Red Dot Award. The hatchback follows the path of the Mazda6, another KODO model, which won the same prize in 2013.

Mazda6

Mazda6 has been recognised for its outstanding design by the world’s largest design competition, the ‘red dot design award'. The 37-head jury of independent design experts, who judged entries according to nine criteria, honoured the KODO-inspired Mazda6 for qualities such as its high level of design innovation and bold stance.

Mazda CX-5

Taking top honours in the Best Buy for less than £25,000 Large SUV class, What Car? Commented that, “the Mazda CX-5 retains its crown at the cheaper end of the large SUV class, helped in part by the revisions applied last year. Mazda has revised the suspension, refreshed the styling and improved the interior, infotainment and noise suppression.  It remains spacious inside and usefully practical, and the ride is more forgiving. In short, it’s a superb car made better.”

All-new Mazda MX-5

The all-new Mazda MX-5 has added to its growing trophy collection by taking the prestigious Best Convertible title at the 2016 What Car? Awards. The latest generation of Mazda’s iconic Roadster was also named as the best Convertible buy for under £25,000 at the annual awards ceremony.

The all-new Mazda MX-5 has been named the winner of the Roadsters and Spiders category in ‘The Sunday Times Top 100 Cars’. Judged by the editorial team of the Sunday Times Driving motoring supplement, this annual feature names the top 100 cars on sale.

The all-new Mazda MX-5 wins Roadster of the Year at the Auto Express New Car Awards 2015. James Disdale, Road Test Editor of Auto Express quotes “the new MX-5 represents a high watermark for Mazda. By combining thrilling driving dynamics with head-turning style and surprising efficiency, the great value MX-5 once again sets the standard in the roadster class.”

All-new Mazda MX-5 has been awarded with the Red Dot Design Award: best of the best 2015, a prize for high design quality. The international jury only awards this sought-after seal of quality to projects that set themselves apart significantly from comparable projects thanks to their excellent design.

The all-new Mazda MX-5 is named the 2015-2016 Car of the Year Japan. It is the second time the iconic two-seater has captured the home country’s most prestigious automobile prize after the previous generation did so in 2005-06. The all-new Mazda MX-5 is also the third Mazda from the highly acclaimed current model generation in the past four years to win Car of the Year Japan following the Mazda CX-5 (2012-13) and Mazda2 (2014-15).
