Aftersales
The Aftersales department is a focused team committed to achieving customer and dealer satisfaction, whilst also contributing directly to Mazda's commercial success through parts sales.
Team member duties range from marketing and sales to dealer support, customer assistance, technical services, analytics and warranty administration. Some roles involve working with international colleagues and external organisations, such as in the fields of vehicle security and homologation.
