What happens next
Following the completion of the selection process, either the recruitment agency or a member of our HR team (if you are a direct applicant) will notify you of the outcome of your application.
Successful applications
If you are successful we will get the offer details to you as soon as we can. The sooner we can do this the sooner you can join us.
With your offer letter will be some supporting information and certain details that we need back from you.
Pre-employment checks
Together with your offer of employment, you need to complete a Pre-placement Health Questionnaire and supply two references from previous employers. Any offer of employment is subject to gaining satisfactory references and medical clearance.
Induction process
Prior to your joining we let the whole team know who you are and what you will be doing. On your first day you have a short Induction meeting with a member of the HR team, which goes over the basics such as where to park, how to book holiday and the Health & Safety aspects of the office.
We also make sure that all our paperwork is up-to-date and that you have details on the benefits you are eligible for after your three-month probation.
Your Line Manager then runs through your Job Description and the Company Organisation chart and introduces your new colleagues. Your log-in details and office equipment will already be arranged for you so you can get cracking straight away.
We periodically run a Group Induction. This gives people an insight into our different departments. It includes sessions from our Pensions provider and on our Performance Management process.
Unsuccessful applications
If you are unsuccessful following attendance at an assessment centre, we are more than happy to give you feedback.
We give this to the recruitment agency if applicable or, if you applied directly, to you personally.
