Employee Days
We like to have fun. We also like to share where we are headed as a company and how we have done. At the beginning and mid-way through the financial year we hold an Employee Day. All staff, as well as our Mazda Credit partners, are invited to this informative and fun event.
At the beginning of the financial year the Senior Management team presents our performance against previous goals and objectives. Then it outlines the Operating Plan for the forthcoming year.
This information is updated at the next, mid-term Employee Day so that we can all understand our progress and what needs to be achieved. We call this the 6-month School Report.
But this only takes us up to lunch time, after which the fun begins. Previous events have included a treasure hunt around London, It's a Knockout (yes - there were a few bruises), a trip on a pirate boat down the Thames and the more traditional activity of burning Mazda rubber at a race track.
