Investors in People
Our Investors in People status - first gained in 2002 - is the official stamp that Mazda is a good place to work. It reinforces our positive and enjoyable office atmosphere.
It also gives us a framework to ensure that everyone has the right knowledge, skills and motivation to perform well and helps us to improve the way we do things.
In 2009 we underwent a re-recognition review and were successful in achieving Bronze accreditation. This achievement means that we are in the top 1% of IiP accredited organizations.
