Our people

Our innovative, nimble culture gives responsibility to people at all levels and provides support from all levels. With responsibility comes achievement and we like to share and celebrate individual success stories. Giving people responsibility also means that on occasion we will make mistakes but we don't point the finger. Our aim is to support people to learn from such experiences.

Internal movement within the company is actively encouraged - in 2006, 35% of our vacancies were filled by internal candidates. This is matched by a staff attrition rate of less than 5%, so we must be doing something right.

We're open-plan and nobody has their own office (not even the MD). This creates a collaborative environment and, through the objective setting process, we let everyone know how they contribute to our corporate goals.
