Times Top 100

In 2007 we first entered the Times Survey (small and medium sized enterprises) and was just outside the Top 100. We did not just enter the Survey to gain Top 100 status but we wanted to share the feedback from the Survey with our employees - warts and all - and used this as an opportunity to ask our employees what they thought we could do to create an even greater place to work. As a result of this we introduced flexi-time, financial support for the achievement of qualifications, employee wellbeing and assistance programme to name but a few and we have only been able to do this as a result of listening to our people.
