- Applicable only to owners of 3-8 year old Mazda vehicles up to 100,000 miles.
- Only one offer per eligible owner.
- Offers conditional to next scheduled service being carried out at a Mazda Authorised Repairer.
- Offers valid for 12 months.
- MOT Insurance applicable only if vehicle is MOT tested via a Mazda Authorised Repairer.
- MOT Insurance must be registered 3 months prior to MOT due date.
- Offers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Offers valid in Great Britain, Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

Mondial Assistance (UK) Limited are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

Mondial Assistance (UK) Limited acts as an agent for AGA International SA with respect to the receipt of customer money, for the purpose of settling claims and handling premium refunds.

Breakdown and accident assistance
If you can't continue your journey because of a breakdown or accident, Mazda European Assistance will get your vehicle to the nearest Mazda Authorised Repairer, if it cannot be repaired at the roadside. We'll provide a hire car to complete your journey (or pay the cost of continuing your journey by train, plane or taxi), and provide and pay for hotel accommodation if required.
Help if there's a theft or vandalism
If your vehicle is stolen, we'll organise homeward or onward travel, as well as paying the cost of accommodation for 1 night, if you can't travel on the same day. We'll also provide you with a hire car if your vehicle has been vandalised and can't be driven.
Extra help when you need it
A breakdown, accident or theft can cause all sorts of problems you may not have foreseen. Mazda European Assistance will arrange the transfer of funds if you are outside your own country and need money to pay for repairs and pass on an urgent message to whoever is expecting you at your destination, to explain you'll be late. We'll even help if you've simply lost your keys, had a flat tyre or run out of fuel.
Peace of mind for any driver
Mazda European Assistance covers the vehicle, not the driver. So whoever is driving, if your vehicle is covered, they can be sure they'll get to their destination, whatever happens.

Wherever you are, wherever you're going, in more than 30 European countries Mazda European Assistance will make sure you reach your destination.Countries covered include: United Kingdom: England (including the Isle of Man), Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and The Channel Islands. Free MOT Insurance
What's covered
- Electrical and lighting equipment: all lamps, bulbs and reflectors, horn, windscreen wipers and washers (excluding impact damage).
- Brakes: all braking system components, but excluding adjustments or frictional material related to normal wear and tear.
- Steering and suspension: all steering and suspension components, including failure from wear and tear, but excluding adjustments.
- Seat belt and seat belt fitting: all seat belt components and mountings.
- Fuel system: carburettor, fuel injection components and ECU replacement as a result of calibration failure to meet MOT test (1) exhaust gas emission standards. Fuel leakage from the tank and pipe is covered except where failure relates to road accident or external impact damage.
- Vehicle structure: covered for corrosion damage, but not where the failure relates to road accident damage, external impact damage or previous repair.
What's not covered
- Road wheels and tyres.
- Exhaust system and catalytic converters.
- Windscreen.
- Routine adjustments or damage resulting from impact or accident.
- The cost of the MOT test or retest.
- Repairs, which are not completed within 30 days of the issue of an MOT inspection form failing the vehicle on its MOT test.
- Advisory items cited on a MOT inspection report passing the vehicle on its MOT test.
- Circumstances where the fault causing need for repair or replacement was evident before expiry of the manufacturer's warranty, or before sale, or was the subject of a manufacturer's safety recall campaign.
- Any vehicle which is owned by a business formed for the purpose of selling or servicing motor vehicles.
- Vehicles which are not serviced in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements.
- Components which have been modified from the manufacturer's specification.
- Any vehicle used for competitions, racing, pace making, rallies, off-road use or for hire or reward or by a driving school.
- Any repair or replacement caused by any act or omission, which is wilful, unlawful or negligent.
- Faulty repair of any item.
- A defect which is likely to have existed before the start of the warranty.
- Loss or damage caused by ionising radiation or radioactive contamination from any nuclear waste arising from burning nuclear fuel.
- Loss or damage caused by radioactive, toxic, explosive or other dangerous properties or of any explosive nuclear equipment or nuclear part of that equipment.
Note (1) MOT test failure - The cost of repair of any of the components listed in this, which is necessary due to your vehicle failing its MOT test and for which an MOT failure document (VT30) is issued during the period of insurance.
Maximum claim liability
The most Mazda Motors UK will pay under this warranty is the purchase price of the vehicle.
