Digital Service Record

Mazda's Digital Service Record is an innovative electronic service booklet, which replaces the traditional booklet that you used to get stamped following a vehicle service. All new Mazda models come with a Digital Service Record meaning that every time you get your Mazda serviced, you'll get an updated printout for your own records, while your vehicle's service history is stored digitally on a central Mazda database.

The Benefits of DSR

Safe

The service history of your Mazda is securely stored on a central database, ensuring you'll always have a secure, accurate and permanent service history record. You'll never need to worry about losing your service booklet again.

Convenient

No matter where you are in Europe, every Mazda dealer will have access to your vehicle's service history, ensuring your Mazda is looked after accordingly. This helps avoid any unnecessary or repeat servicing and saves you both time and money.

Valuable

Should you decide to sell your Mazda, a complete DSR will enhance your vehicle's resale value and protect your investment, as well as preventing fraudulent entries.

Hassle-Free

Every time you get your Mazda serviced, you'll get an updated printout for your records. Should you lose your DSR printout, you can get a new copy by contacting your local Authorised Mazda Dealer.

Which models have a Digital Service Record and can I have one?

All current Mazda models registered since 1st July 2006 have a Digital Service Record as standard.

If your vehicle was built after 31st December 1997 and was registered before 1 July 2006, you can choose to record your vehicle's future service history using the DSR system. Just ask your Mazda Dealer or Authorised Repairer to add your car to the system when you have your next service.
