1. My Mazda Navigation System isn't working properly, what should I do?

  • Consult the Mazda Navigation Owner Manual (see below) for guidance

2. Where can I find a manual for my Mazda Navigation System?

  • Mazda Navigation System Quick Guide can be located in the glovebox of every model fitted with this navigation system.

3. How do I know if my map is up to date?

  • To check your map version, visit the relevant section of the TomTom HOME software on your computer.

4. Is my mobile phone compatible with this system and how do I connect to it?

  • Firstly switch on Bluetooth® on your mobile phone
  • Select 'Mobile phone' from the Main menu and follow the instructions on the screen
  • Next time the system will recognise your mobile phone automatically

5. How can I switch maps?

  • From the Main Menu, select 'Change Preferences'
  • Select 'Manage maps'
  • Select 'Switch map'
  • The map your device is currently using is highlighted
  • Select the map that you wish to use

6. How can I activate TomTom LIVE Services on my device?

  • Select 'Activate LIVE' from the Main Menu
  • Once activated, the icon changes from 'Activate LIVE' to LIVE Services'
  • The navigation system comes with the 3-month free subscription to LIVE Services.
  • To check the status of your subscription, select 'TomTom Services' and then 'My Services'
