Driving intelligence

TomTom's unique IQ Routes^™ Technology uses a database of real travel times collected from millions of users, to calculate the fastest route. It even considers the time and day of travel, rush hour, busy crossings and shopping crowds. This means you can travel like a local, everywhere, at any time.

Advance lane guidance clearly shows you which lane to take at junctions, so you don't miss your turning. On difficult road intersections, a realistic 3D representation of the junction shows you exactly which lane to take, so you remain relaxed and safe.

Clever technology also enables you to use pre-defined commands to enter your destination by speaking directly to the navigation system.

TomTom Live Services

Every Mazda Navigation System comes complete with TomTom LIVE Services free for 3 months*. With TomTom High Definition Traffic^™ you will receive the most up-to-date, real-time traffic information for your route, live from your device. This includes detailed incident reports, estimated delay times and alternative route suggestions.

The Mazda Navigation System also receives real-time mobile speed camera locations, including reports from other users. It also warns of fixed safety cameras and average speed checks for the road ahead, helping you drive more safely.

You can even search the latest local Google listings direct from your navigation system, to locate anything you might need, wherever you are. Type in search words, find matching locations and let your device take you there.

Music and hands-free calling on the move

Featuring a full multimedia package, Mazda Navigation System includes a radio with single CD player and AUX connection. iPod connection is also possible with an adaptor cable in the glove box, available as an accessory item from your local Mazda dealer. Select your music choice using the touch screen and see the track titles appear on the display. Steering wheel mounted controls allow you to adjust the volume and select the track or radio station of your choice. And to keep everyone happy, with simultaneous navigation and music entertainment, music continues from the rear speakers while navigation instructions can be heard in the front.

To keep you connected hands-free calling is also possible through the Navigation System via Bluetooth^® +. Download your phonebook and use the touch screen to select your contacts.
