An exciting opportunity exists for a General Sales Manager at one of our highly successful Dealerships based in Bradford.
The person appointed will primarily be responsible for taking the business forward, providing vision, inspiration, and professionalism of the highest standard.
With business acumen, the right person will maximise on profits and seek long term returns on investments through the prudent and efficient use of resources. S/He will seek out new ways to increase and develop business opportunities and identify new and additional products maintaining and improving the Dealership's competitive edge.
The person will ensure that the highest level of customer satisfaction is demonstrated enhancing the reputation of JCT600 Ltd by creating and maintaining an environment where all management and employees develop and excel.
Experience and Qualifications
This is a challenging, yet rewarding, role and the person appointed will have;
- Credible Sales Management experience within the retail motor industry
- In-depth knowledge of Vehicle Legislation, Consumer Legislation and Trade Practices including Trade Description, Consumer Protection and Consumer Credit Law
- Proven management skills where people feel engaged, inspired and empowered to maximise potential
- Demonstrable experience in providing exceptional customer service
